How to Print:

Now that you have several works from Graphic Design you can print your projects. The course fee for Graphic Design covers the cost of printing your projects.

Before your projects will be printed you need to pay your course fee to the office. If you don't know if you paid your course fee look at your grades on Power School. If the Course Fee assignment is marked as "late" and "missing" then you need to pay your course fee.

Each student may use $10 to print their projects. You may choose which sizes to print and quantities to fit your printing allowance. Your South Park and Vector Self Portrait projects are already printed for you.

Printing Deadlines:
Place your work into the folders on the server before the dates listed below if you would like them printed.
Wednesday December, 19 2012
Friday, January, 11 2012

Print Sizes and Costs:
Review your projects and decide what sizes you would like to print. You can resize and export Illustrator files fairly easily. Photoshop projects may not scale up very well.

A quality print should be at least 150 pixels per inch in resolution (300 pixels per inch is ideal). Submit .JPG files only.

8x10- $1.50
8x12- $1.50
11x14- $3.00
12x18- $3.00
16x20- $6.00
20x30- $9.00

Place Projects on the Server:
Place your projects into the appropriate folders on the server. Make sure your last name is included in your file name. If you would like multiple copies of the same project include a number in your file name. If there is no number I will print one copy. Submit files in .JPG format.

Each class has a "Prints" folder in the class Drop Box folder.
Place your project into the appropriate print size folder so I will know what size to print your project. Make sure you  correctly size your project before dropping them into the folders.

The folders will look like this:

Drop Box
      Prints
  • 8x10
  • 8x12
  • 11x14
  • 12x18
  • 16x20
  • 20x30
