FINAL EXAM: Digital Portfolio and Presentation
10% of the course grade

Creating a digital online portfolio is an excellent way to reflect on the work you have produced over a period of time. It allows you to look back at your work and see how far you have come during the semester.
Objectives:
Create and publish a digital online portfolio that displays all of the work you accomplished this semester.

The following websites are excellent places that can host digital portfolios:
Carbon Made: http://www.carbonmade.com
-Carbon Made is a very simple and fun way to create a portfolio. It is easy to use and the end result is simple yet very professional in appearance.
Adobe Revel: http://www.adoberevel.com/
-Adobe Revel allows you to make online edits to your photographs. It is a free simplified version of Photoshop. You can create a gallery of your images to display and share your work.
Crevado: https://crevado.com/
-Crevado is easy to use and has a professional presentation.
Photo Snack: http://www.photosnack.com/
-Photosnack is simple to use and has a variety of templates to choose from.
Flickr: http://www.flickr.com
-Flickr is a photo sharing website, however you can create sets and view a group of images as a portfolio. The slide show functions have a great feel and present well.
Find your own online portfolio hosting service if you don't want to use any of the suggested websites.

- have a record of your accomplishments from this semester
- be able to present your work using a digital portfolio
- create a portfolio that can host your future work
Requirements:
- Create an online portfolio with images of all of your work before the day of the final
- Present your portfolio to the class during the final period.
- Upload only .JPEG images. ( .PSD or .AI files will not upload properly or display)
- Change your JPEG images to RGB format in Photoshop (Under Image -> Mode); CMYK images will show up like negatives.
- Upload images that are designed for the web, the resolution should be 72ppi so images load quickly
- Do not use your last name anywhere on your digital portfolio site, including your URL address
- Your projects must be uploaded to your digital portfolio before the final exam period.

- Fill out the form below to submit the URL of your portfolio
- On the final day you will present your portfolio to the class. We will discuss your work an progress from the semester and also how your experience with creating your portfolio.
Grading Rubric
Each project you successfully complete and upload to your portfolio is worth 10 points per project. The presentation portion of your grade will be based on your active participation on the day of the final. The entire class period will review each portfolio and provide feedback to the artist.
Grade Description
A- You gave it your all and it shows! All of your projects are uploaded to your digital online portfolio before the class begins. You actively participated in discussions about each of your classmates portfolios.
B- Great, but...: You got some of your projects uploaded but are missing some. You didn’t have much to contribute to the discussion of your classmates portfolios..
C- Average work: Your projects were not uploaded to your portfolio before the final. You did not participate in the discussion.
D- Bare Minimum: You just barely completed this assignment. Very little effort displayed, spent time off task, did not follow directions.
F- No attendance or no project submitted at the time of grading.XYou need to submit or resubmit a project. If you do not understand why it needs to be resubmitted ask Mr. Hanson.
